1. Scope of these terms

These Terms of Service apply to access and use of the public pages, articles, contact form and interactive preference controls on everydaymotion.info. By using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with operation of the service or the rights of other users.

The site is an informational wellness blog and practical guide. It does not provide an online store, checkout, payment service, paid membership, user account system or personalised consultation.

2. Informational nature of content

Articles discuss general topics such as morning stretching, walking, pelvic-floor awareness, yoga and mobility, ordinary food sources, sleep timing and recovery habits. The material is organised for general reading and is not a substitute for individual professional services. Decisions based on personal circumstances remain the responsibility of the reader.

Examples, schedules and food lists are illustrative. They are not promises that a particular routine will produce a specific result. People differ in experience, mobility, diet, time, environment and other relevant circumstances.

3. Responsible website use

Visitors must not attempt to disrupt the website, overload forms, probe for vulnerabilities, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, collect data from the service through abusive automated methods or use the contact form for unlawful or deceptive activity. Reasonable anti-spam and security controls may be used to protect the service.

Automated access that places an unreasonable burden on the server may be restricted. Normal indexing by search engines and ordinary browser access are not prohibited by this clause.

Nothing in these terms creates a professional-client relationship between the visitor and Everyday Motion. The contact form is for general website and editorial enquiries and should not be treated as a channel for emergency or time-sensitive professional support.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability, third-party links or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users remain responsible for maintaining suitable devices, network access and browser security when visiting the site.

9. Governing principles and legal compliance

The website is operated for an Indonesian audience and should be used in accordance with applicable Indonesian law and any mandatory rules that apply to the visitor. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted.

Failure to enforce a term immediately does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
